Instead of traditional in-company referrals, our platform lets you recommend former colleagues and industry professionals you know are truly exceptional. The better your referrals, the higher your ranking and the greater your rewards.
HOW DOES IT WORK
Peers sign up for Truspeer and share their Linkedin profiles. As part of the process, verification is required to confirm that they are the legitimate owners of the LinkedIn account they claim, ensuring authenticity

Refer your friends, peers, and former direct reports who you believe would be a great fit after confirming their interest.
If you’d prefer to stay anonymous, you can have us reach out to them directly without prior confirmation. However, this will slightly reduce your reward by one ranking level.
Step 2: Application Approved
Truspeer will review your application, and if you're a good fit, we'll add you to the network.
Once approved, you can start referring talent by following steps 3-6. Additionally, you can refer individuals who would make great Peers and earn $250 for each successful placement they make.
If your recommended candidate is hired, you can earn a referral fee of $1,500 to $5,000. Your fee is based on your ranking, which starts at 100%. Each time a candidate you refer doesn't pass the first interview or has their resume rejected, your ranking drops one level, decreasing your fee by 10%. If your ranking drops more than three levels, you will be removed from the network. However, if a candidate you refer passes the first interview, your ranking goes back up one level.
