We’ll connect your open role with former employees from relevant companies in your industry and ask them to recommend top talent. The role can be shared anonymously or not, depending on your preference.

3. Personal Endorsment

Our referrals ("Peers") will leverage their personal networks to provide tailored recommendations. Each Peer is evaluated based on their referrals -candidates who pass the first interview enhance the Peer’s ranking and reward, while those who don’t may result in a lower score or removal from the network. This system guarantees that, as a hiring entity, you receive only top-tier, pre-vetted candidates, each of whom has been endorsed by former colleagues.

4. Interest Candidate

The Peer or Truspeer staff will reach out to the potential candidate to assess their interest in the role. Vetted candidates who express interest will be shared with the hiring company for review, feedback, and to initiate the interview process.

5. Interviewing Process

Truspeer closely tracks the progress of candidates as they move through each stage of the recruitment process, ensuring timely updates and continuous support. This helps keep both candidates and hiring companies aligned, fostering a smooth and efficient hiring experience, while also enabling us to maintain our Peers review system.

6. Successful placement
