This structured approach ensures that both parties quickly find the information they need to maximize their experience with the platform.

Hiring Companies FAQ

  • Why should I hire with Truspeer?
    Truspeer helps companies hire faster, cheaper, and smarter by leveraging former peers referrals to find high-quality candidates who fit the culture and stay longer. 

     

  • How does Truspeer ensure candidate
    quality?

    Truspeer ensures only top talent is referred by using a dynamic ranking system that evaluates the quality of referrals. Peers who consistently refer strong candidates (those who get interviews and job offers) see their ranking and compensation increase, making them more trusted in the network. On the other hand, those whose referrals fail to result in interviews will see their ranking and rewards decrease, ultimately leading to removal from the network if poor referrals continue. 

     

  • What is the placement cost?​
    Unlike traditional models, you set a flat referral rate upfront, which is never a percentage of the candidate's salary, regardless of the position's level. This ensures a transparent and predictable fee structure.

  • How long does it take to hire through Truspeer?
    The time to fill a position can vary based on the role’s complexity and your team’s availability for interviews, but on average, we complete the process in 90 days or less.
     

  • What is the process?
    The process begins with you providing details about your company, the role, the referral fee you're offering and your target industry. We then connect your open position with former Peers from relevant companies, who use their personal networks to recommend top talent. Each Peer is evaluated based on the candidate’s success in the interview process, ensuring that only high-quality, pre-vetted candidates are presented. Interested candidates are shared with your team for review, and we track their progress through each stage of the recruitment process, offering continuous support. Once you successfully hire a candidate, Truspeer's peers are paid.

  • What happens if hires leave after placement?
    With Truspeer, our Peers are paid 90 days after an employee is placed, giving you ample time to ensure the new hire is the right fit, and after this 90-day period, there are no refunds.

Referral Peers FAQ

  •  How do Trsupeer members get paid?
    You can earn between $1,500 and $5,000 for a successful referral placement, with the exact amount depending on the hiring company's offer. Your referral ranking starts at 100% of the fee. However, each time a candidate you refer doesn't pass their first interview, your ranking decreases, reducing your potential referral fee by 10%. If your ranking falls below 30%, you'll be removed from the network. The good news is, if a candidate you refer passes their first interview, your ranking will increase by one level, up to the maximum referral fee.
     

  • What if the candidate is already known to the hiring company?
    if the candidate has already been in contact with the company or is part of their existing talent pool, or referred by a different Peer before your referral, placement fee will not be paid.

  • What is required to become a Truspeer member?
    You can join Truspeer by either applying to join our network and going through a screening process or being approached by us when a relevant position aligns with your past experience.
     

  • What other rewards except placement success fee can I get?
    In addition to placement success fees, you can earn $250 for every successful placement made by a Peer you referred to us. 

 

  • Can I refer a candidate anonymously?
    Yes, you can, but your compensation will be based on one rank lower than your current level.
